TALENT WIND is a recruiting agency that called for a distinctive brand identity to stand out in a saturated market while fitting naturally in the tech world.
In light of high turnover and low employee engagement, Talent Wind needed to become a transformational force that builds long-lasting relationships for high-performance teams.
The concept
A hire is a hire is a hire became the brand’s strategic visual storytelling.
Talent Wind rebranded as a long-term portal to quality over quantity with a candidate-first approach.
The outcome
The brand identity positions Talent Wind as a connecting force.
I represented talent with a minimalist visual system of circles as the primary element. These modular virtuous circles connect and intertwine in different ways to embody each brand value.
